Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Optional: Certifications in Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or Leadership (e.g., Certified Retail Manager, PMP, or similar).
Retail Management Experience: At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in retail or hardware-related industries, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware, construction equipment, tools, and related products is highly desirable.
Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven track record in sales planning, promotions, and customer relationship management.
Team Management: Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Operational Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations, inventory, and supply chains effectively.
