Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across departments.
- Analyze discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
- Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
- Use Lightspeed software for updates, reporting, and data verification.
- Support month-end and year-end inventory closing processes.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma, Computer literate, minimum work experience of 2 years.
Soft Skills :
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in inventory management, identifying and addressing discrepancies effectively.
Collaboration: Works seamlessly with purchasing and warehouse teams to maintain stock availability and smooth operations.
Problem-Solving: Analyzes discrepancies and assists in implementing corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
Adaptability: Comfortable using inventory management software and adjusting to new tools and systems as needed.
Accountability: Takes ownership of inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and supporting month-end and year-end closing.
